What You will Do:





Prospecting & Lead Generation

- Identify and approach potential clients to expand our business

Client Relationship Management

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with high-value local and global clients

Sales & Negotiation

- Present tailored promotional product solutions and close large deals

Market Research

- Stay updated on industry trends and client needs to provide innovative solutions

Collaboration

- Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless execution of client orders

Target Achievement

- Meet and exceed sales targets through strategic account management

Preferred Background:





Education

: A graduate degree is preferred

Experience

: At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, ideally in e-commerce or Print-on-demand

Hard Skills

+ Fluent English: written and spoken; additional languages are a plus
+ Proven negotiation and contract management expertise
+ Industry Knowledge: Understanding of promotional products and print-on-demand is preferred
+ Tech-savvy, with an interest in AI and emerging technologies
