We specialize in delivering premium annual maintenance contracts (AMC) tailored to commercial and real estate sectors. We are looking for dynamic and results-driven Account Managers to join our team and drive B2B sales.

Job Responsibilities:



Identify and develop new business opportunities for AMC sales with corporate clients, banks, and large organizations. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, facility managers, and procurement departments. Negotiate and close AMC contracts, ensuring profitable margins and long-term client retention. Present tailored maintenance solutions to clients, addressing their specific needs. Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue goals. Provide after-sales support and ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:



Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in facility management, real estate, or related industries. Strong negotiation and communication skills. Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and proactive. Valid UAE driving license (mandatory) Personal car preferred (not mandatory)

Commission & Incentives:



Commission Structure (Based on Net Profit from AMC Sales):



0 - 10,000 AED Profit:

10% commission

10,001 - 25,000 AED Profit:

12% commission

25,001 - 50,000 AED Profit:

15% commission

50,001+ AED Profit:

18% commission

Example Calculation:



If a sales rep generates AED 40,000 in profit in a given month:

First 10,000 at 10% ? AED 1,000 Next 15,000 at 12% ? AED 1,800 Remaining 15,000 at 15% ? AED 2,250

Total commission earned:

AED 5,050

Total payout (base + commission):

AED 10,050

Performance Bonuses:



AED 50,000+ profit/month:

AED 2,000 bonus

Sign 5+ Platinum AMC contracts/month:

AED 1,500 bonus

Retain 90%+ of previous clients:

AED 1,000 bonus
