- Support the Account Manager in managing a client portfolio in coordination with sales management, operational and implementation teams and finance teams
- Renew the customer portfolio in coordination with the various stakeholders involved in customer relations (brokers, insurers, Cross Border teams, operational teams, customer service)
- Track billing and payment for programs
- Identification and monitoring of additional sales
