Support the Account Manager in managing a client portfolio in coordination with sales management, operational and implementation teams and finance teams
Renew the customer portfolio in coordination with the various stakeholders involved in customer relations (brokers, insurers, Cross Border teams, operational teams, customer service)
Track billing and payment for programs
Identification and monitoring of additional sales
Job Requirements
Experience in account management and client portfolio coordination.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with sales, operational, implementation, and finance teams.
Ability to manage customer portfolio renewals, coordinating with brokers, insurers, and cross-border teams.
Proficiency in tracking billing, payments, and program financials.
