Job purpose:Markets credit card systems and support services for business customers. Develops and maintains relationships with clients. The Account Executive will be responsible for expanding Geidea's merchant base which will eventually drive Merchant Acquiring Volume. Responsible for achieving annual Volume (from new merchants) & target numbers., The role includes business execution in close synergy with Geidea's overall merchant acquiring business plan.Key accountabilities and decision ownership: (max of 7 accountabilities not main or daily duties or tasks) Develops and maintains relationships with clients. Identifies client requirements and recommends appropriate services. Develop Annual Plans for Acquiring Business involving sales, volume, technology initiatives and potential merchant partners. Cross-sell value added services that include POS Hardware, On-POS loyalty programs, gift cards, EMI, Billing and other services offered by Geidea. Retrieve documents in case of chargebacks / frauds / disputes. Manage risk and compliance. Follow up on trends and market competition, and propose action plan accordinagly. Ensure to abide by the compliance programs that monitors obligations towards external parties including & not limited to Regulatory / Card scheme / PCI DSS rules & regulations years of people management experience. Financial services (fintech or banking) experience is a must. \\
