Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Asset Manager who will play a central role in the building and managing of an international real estate development company. This professional will bring their strategic, financial, and fund-raising experience (within similar projects) in order to drive growth of this organization. This organization is a real estate development company that is based in Dubai, with leadership and operations located in The Netherlands. This position will primarily be responsible for identifying, attracting, and managing the funding contracts of this start-up venture.

RESPONSIBILITIES: o Work with investors to create the investment contracts, and manage the workflow from start to finish; o Identify potential investors and pitch the various opportunities in order to secure capital funding for 4 different projects, totaling around $45 Million; o Collaborate with the global team in order to meet the total fundraising goal; o Utilize/develop your investor network in order to secure funding; o Ensure that all deals and contracts are compliant with local regulations, including KYC requirements and filtering for potential scammers; o Once funding has been secured, continue to serve as the stakeholder who manages investor relations and company development.

REQUIREMENTS: o Proven experience within asset management, fundraising, and deal making is crucial for this project; o Experience working with the growth of similar start-up ventures; o Ability to work flexible hours and travel to meet with investors when necessary; o Having an already established network of investors would be very helpful for this position; o Entrepreneurial spirit and self-motivated; o Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

THE OFFER: The compensation for this role will be 100% commission-based and will be a fixed percentage of the amount of capital raised throughout the project. As the project continues and a capital threshold has been met, a base salary will be established to compensate you for your continued investor and contract management.
