Job Summary:
The Account Coordinator/Manager will play a vital role in managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of our services. This position requires exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a strong focus on client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and adept at managing multiple tasks within the fast-paced fintech environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for B2B clients, managing day-to-day communications and ensuring their needs are met with precision and care;
• CRM Tools: Familiar with CRM management tools such as HubSpot and Monday.com;
• Project Coordination: Assist in the planning and execution of client projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and within scope, and that our high standards of service are maintained.
• Administrative Support: Prepare and maintain documentation and reports. Coordinate meetings, calls, and other client interactions, ensuring clear and effective communication.
• Internal Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, including sales, marketing, product development, and technical support, to ensure alignment and support client needs.
• Issue Resolution: Identify and address client issues promptly and effectively, escalating to appropriate team members when necessary to ensure timely and satisfactory resolutions.
• Reporting and Analysis: Track and report on key account metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement. Ensure all client activities are accurately documented.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation, ensuring confidentiality and security in line with industry standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field (preferred).
• Must be able to speak both English and Chinese language fluently.
• Proven experience as an Account Manager, Sales Manager, or similar role in the financial services or technology sector.
• Deep understanding of cryptocurrency and blockchain technology.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to explain complex concepts clearly.
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data and trends.
• Experience using CRM software and other relevant tools.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to change.
• Certifications such as Certified Bitcoin Professional (CBP) or Certified Cryptocurrency Trader (CCT) are a plus.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
