Account Assistant
Job Description
•Location:• Majaz 2, Sharjah
•Company Overview:•
Sea Way Marine Cargo is a premier export company specializing in marine cargo shipments. We are seeking an experienced Accountant to join our team.
•Responsibilities:•
- Manage all accounting transactions using QuickBooks and Excel.
- Perform bookkeeping tasks and maintain accurate financial records.
- Prepare financial reports and reconcile accounts payable/receivable.
- Process invoices and record financial transactions.
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
•Qualifications:•
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting, bookkeeping, and financial reporting.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Must be ready to join immediately.
•Schedule:•
- Monday - Friday,
• Shift Timing: 4:30 PM to 3:30 AM
(US schedule).
Monthly Saturday Half-Day:
• Timing: 4:30 PM to 9:30 PM.
• Frequency: Once a month, as scheduled by management,
USA public holidays will be observed
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
Education:
• Bachelor's (Preferred)
Experience:
• accounts assistant: 2 years (Preferred)
• ACCOUNTING: 2 years (Preferred)
Language:
• ENGLISH (Preferred)
