We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Account and Admin Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth day-to-day financial and administrative operations, providing vital support to our business.
Key Responsibilities:
• Accounts Management:
• Prepare and manage financial reports, invoices, purchase orders, and payment processing.
• Handle accounts payable and receivable, including managing petty cash.
• Assist in month-end and year-end financial closing activities.
• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of financial data.
• Support budget forecasting and financial analysis.
• Liaise with external auditors, accountants, and tax consultants.
• Administrative Duties:
• Manage office supplies and coordinate with vendors for procurement.
• Handle phone calls, emails, and general inquiries.
• Organize and maintain filing systems (both electronic and physical).
• Assist in coordinating meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support HR activities like onboarding, record-keeping, and leave management.
Qualifications and Skills:
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
• 2+ years of experience in accounts or administrative roles.
• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks efficiently.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of relevant legal regulations and compliance is a plus.
