Job Location: Suite 1013, 10/F Tamani Arts Offices, Business Bay, Dubai, UAE Timing: Office timing - 8 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday Responsibilities:
Maintain the books of accounts - payables & receivables processes and bank reconciliation
Managing invoices and database
Liaising with third party providers, clients & suppliers
Perform the monthly reporting process
Coordinating with banking associates & documentation
Handle petty cash transactions & disbursements
VAT filing & Tally implementation
Any other administrative task assigned
Requirements:
1 year experience in accounting in UAE preferred
UAE Work Permit
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word)
Good communication & interpersonal skills
Administrative skills, typing speed & accuracy
