Core Responsibilities:
Update regularly the accommodation plan and room inventory.
Report incidents in the accommodation and report immediately to the Camp Boss
Handle employees\' welfare and concerns related to rooms and privacy.
In the absence of the Camp Boss coordinate with the contracting company concerning all maintenance issues.
Coordinate with the outsourced cleaning company to maintain hygiene standards to provide our employees
with a healthy environment.
Daily patrol in the accommodation for anything unusual to be noted and reported to Camp Boss.
In the absence of the Camp Boss, follow up with the purchasing of pending items related to the colleague housing.
Handle and control employee\'s movements and shifting inside the accommodation.
Ensure the security officers on both night and day shifts meet the requirement as stipulated, whereby checking everything and
monitoring all in letting and outlasting the labour accommodation.
Routine coordination of the cleaning and treatment of the drinking water main tank and periodic cleaning of the sub-water
tank and replacement of the water filters.
Frequent/random checks of employees\' rooms, advising and reminding them of the company policy and getting them
informed on what is not allowed in living rooms enforced by the camp management and Government officials.
Prerogative to issue rooms, bed spaces and room changes depending on the need at hand and also bed space availability.
Responsible for calling for, if necessary, the ambulance and the police depending on the emergency requirements at hand.
Ensure first aid room and medical kits are available and stocked well with up-to-date required and approved Dubai
municipality medical items.
Frequent inspections and making sure all safety implanted measures are proactive such as fire extinguishers, evacuation
arrangements (emergency lighting and exits, fire alarms, reel
Self-Management: \xe2\x80\xa2 Defines performance goals at the start of the year in discussion with the reporting manager and ensures that the goals are achieved during the year
Takes ownership of his/her learning agenda by identifying development needs in consultation with the manager and
agreeing on the individual development plan which goes beyond just training and development Keeps abreast of professional developments, new techniques and current issues through continued education and professional growth.
