We\'re actively searching for a skilled and proactive Accommodation/HR Executive to join our esteemed Hospitality partner for their exciting new venture in Ras Al Khaimah.Main Purpose of the Role
Assist the Cluster Human Resource department in various administrative and operational functions.
Responsible for overseeing the staff accommodation facilities
Acts as a liaison between employees and management and addressing accommodation-related issues.
Work closely with the HR team, employees, and management to facilitate various HR processes and initiatives.

Qualifications
Bachelors degree in human resources, business administration and related field.
An administrator with extensive experience in office administration, preferably within the HR department.
3-4 years of experience as an Administrator and/or Accommodation Supervisor in the hospitality industry.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are necessary.
Prior experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry or a similar service-oriented industry.
Proficiency in HR software systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong administrative, organizational and multitasking abilities.
Problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to work irregular hours, including weekends and holidays, as required.
