Job description for LeasePlan Accident Service Advisor Education: Degree/Diploma in Automobile Engineering. Experience: Minimum 7 years with any Dealer workshop / Reputed A grade workshop.
Responsibilities: Call Center agent functions. Collect Accident documents from Clients/Drivers. Schedule damage vehicle collection & deliveries. Replacement vehicles management. Schedule accident programs with Insurance & workshops. Direct coordination with Insurance motor claims team on daily basis. Manage the daily accident survey & validate the workshop estimates. Arrange the damage vehicles movement based on insurance approvals. Collection of accident claim final claim documents from workshops and save in shared folder. Collect and save the final survey report from all workshops. Collect the Total loss offer letters. Ownership transfer documents submissions with Management & PRO. Open & Close accident cases in OCM. Final inspections at workshops. Audit damage vehicle repairs at workshop and reports. General maintenance approvals in NOLS. Invoice administration in NOLS.
