Job Title : ACCA Instructor (Full-Time)

Reports To : Academic Head

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and passionate ACCA Instructor to join our partner institute's team full-time. The ideal candidate will have expertise in ACCA course content, strong teaching skills, and a commitment to student success. As an ACCA Instructor, you will deliver high-quality lectures, provide mentorship, and assist students in achieving their professional certification.

Key Responsibilities

• Instruction and Course Delivery :
• Deliver engaging and effective lectures aligned with ACCA syllabus requirements.
• Utilize modern teaching methodologies, tools, and resources to facilitate learning.
• Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
• Student Support :
• Provide academic and career guidance to ACCA students.
• Address student queries and ensure timely feedback on assignments and exams.
• Conduct extra coaching sessions for students needing additional support.
• Curriculum Development :
• Stay updated with changes in the ACCA syllabus and examination patterns.
• Develop and update course materials to align with ACCA guidelines.
• Assessment and Evaluation :
• Prepare, administer, and grade mock exams and assessments.
• Monitor student performance and suggest improvement strategies.
• Administrative Tasks :
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance and progress.
• Participate in faculty meetings, workshops, and training programs.
• Contribute to the development of institutional policies related to ACCA programs.

Qualifications and Skills

• Educational Background :
• Qualified ACCA (Affiliate or Member).
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience :
• Minimum 2-3 years of teaching experience in ACCA or related professional qualifications.
• Practical industry experience in accounting, finance, or auditing (preferred).
• Skills :
• Strong knowledge of the ACCA syllabus and examination patterns.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in using learning management systems and virtual teaching tools.
• Ability to inspire and motivate students.

Job Types: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
