DGF UAE has an opening for an ACC Desk Specialist - II in Airfreight Import Team (AUH). You will be responsible to administer AFR plans and processes as part of the AFR pricing & RFQ/tender management strategy to support the commercial strategy in line with business objectives, corporate guidelines and policies.

In this ACC Desk Specialist - II position, you will:



• Support the execution of plans and processes to implement the AFR pricing strategy
• Assist in responding to pricing enquiries in an efficient and competitive manner
• Execute tasks and activities while ensuring effective resource management and optimizing productivity for the day-to-day operations
• Support the timely monitoring and accurate updating of local tariffs
• Prepare and submit relevant documents for tenders
• Develop and maintain databases with specific information to enable quick responses to specific network queries
• Build and secure business relationships with customers and airlines
• Prepare carrier performance reports and reviews
• Identify opportunities to enhance services and processes to secure cost-effective and competitive prices and negotiate competitive rates with airline suppliers while meeting desired service specifications and transit time targets
• Understand recent developments of new solutions, services, lane and traffic development
• May provide functional guidance, advice or training to less experienced positions
• Identify and resolve recurring issues, and suggest modifications to AFR pricing methods focusing on increasing effectiveness and efficiency
• Analyze quotation data to provide improvement recommendation to management

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification



Years experience:



• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience
