Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Academy Head to lead Smartzett Academy. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in education, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for fostering academic excellence. The Academy Head will be responsible for overseeing the academic and administrative functions of the academy, ensuring the highest standards of education and student success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide overall leadership and direction for the academy.
• Develop and implement a strategic plan for the academy in collaboration with the leadership team.
• Manage the budget and resources of the academy to ensure the delivery of high-quality educational programs.
• Oversee the recruitment, development, and performance evaluation of academy staff.
• Foster a positive and inclusive school culture that promotes student engagement and achievement.
• Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements.
• Collaborate with parents, community members, and other stakeholders to support the academy's mission and goals.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of academic programs and initiatives.
• Lead efforts to continuously improve the academy's curriculum and instructional practices.
• Represent the academy at meetings, conferences, and other events.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in the teaching field.
• Experience in counseling and strong communication skills.
• Proven leadership and management experience in an educational setting.
• Valid UAE Driving License.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with diverse groups of stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and educational management software is a plus.
• A commitment to continuous professional development and staying current with educational trends and best practices.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
