We are looking for highly motivated tele-sales executives to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will be responsible for advising students on accounting, university programs and assisting them throughout the admission process.
Responsibilities:
• Identifying & contacting potential customers to inform them about the product & service using tele calls.
• Call existing customers to inform them of new product releases and promotions.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure repeat business.
• Counselling students on various accounting, university programs, study abroad options including courses, universities and scholarships.
• Responding to enquiries from clients via telephone, email or in person.
• Assist students in completing application form and submitting required documents.
• Maintaining accurate record of students interaction and admission data.
• Creating monthly weekly sales reports and presenting them to management.
• Keep up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with other members of the sales team to achieve overall sales goals.
• Meet and exceed sales target on monthly basis.
Job Type: Permanent
Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
