Position Overview:
RedTeam Hacker Academy are currently seeking a motivated and results-oriented Tele Sales Executive specializing in cybersecurity and ethical hacking to join our dynamic sales team. The primary focus of this role is to engage with potential students interested in enhancing their skills and knowledge in cybersecurity and ethical hacking through our specialized courses. The Tele Sales Executive will leverage telecommunication channels, email marketing, and social media platforms to generate leads, nurture prospects, and drive enrollment. This is a target-based position that requires a proactive approach, strong communication skills, and a passion for cybersecurity education. Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct outbound calls to individuals and organizations interested in cybersecurity and ethical hacking training programs, effectively communicating the value proposition and benefits of our courses.
  • Develop and implement targeted email marketing campaigns to reach potential students, providing them with valuable insights and information about our cybersecurity and ethical hacking offerings.
  • Utilize LinkedIn and other social media platforms to identify and connect with cybersecurity professionals, IT professionals, and individuals interested in advancing their careers in cybersecurity.
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of leads through proactive lead generation strategies, including cold calling, networking events, and industry partnerships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales collateral, including email templates, scripts, case studies, and promotional materials tailored to the cybersecurity and ethical hacking audience.
  • Manage customer relationships and interactions through the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records of leads, communications, and sales activities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets, demonstrating consistent performance and achievement in a competitive sales environment.
  • Provide personalized support and guidance to prospective students throughout the enrollment process, addressing their questions, concerns, and objections effectively.
  • Stay informed about the latest trends, developments, and best practices in cybersecurity and ethical hacking to effectively position our courses and differentiate them from competitors.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including admissions, instructors, and curriculum developers, to ensure alignment between sales efforts and program offerings.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Bachelor\'s degree in cybersecurity, information technology, business, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience in tele sales, inside sales, or a similar role, with a focus on cybersecurity, ethical hacking, or IT training programs.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, principles, and technologies, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with cybersecurity professionals and prospective students.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software to manage leads, track sales activities, and generate reports.
  • Results-oriented mindset, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Familiarity with email marketing tools, social media platforms, and digital communication channels.
  • Passion for cybersecurity education and a commitment to helping individuals advance their careers and achieve their professional goals.
