Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused individual to join our team as an academic counselor cum front desk officer . This dual-role position combines academic advising with administrative responsibilities, ensuring an excellent experience for students and visitors. You will be the first point of contact at the front desk, responsible for managing inquiries, guiding prospective students, supporting academic counseling,
MS Office, Canva/Photoshop, and manage Instagram posts.
Freshers are welcome to apply. Candidates on their own visa are preferred
Key Responsibilities:
academic Counseling:
Student Guidance: Assist students and parents in understanding available courses, programs, and career pathways.
Counseling Sessions: Conduct one-on-one and group counseling sessions to guide students in academic and career decisions.
Admissions Process: Provide detailed information about the admission process, eligibility, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
Course Matching: Help prospective students choose courses and programs that align with their academic background, interests, and career aspirations.
Lead Generation Campaigns: Campaign through mail and WhatsApp for lead generation.
Front Desk Operations:
First Point of Contact: greet and assist visitors, students, and parents professionally.
Communication Management: Handle incoming calls, emails, and walk-in inquiries regarding programs, admissions, and other services.
Appointment Scheduling: Manage schedules for counseling sessions and other academic services.
Record Management: Maintain accurate records of inquiries, counseling sessions, and other administrative tasks.
Managing administrative tasks
Desigining (Canva) and Social Media Handle
Additional Responsibilities:
Address and resolve queries or escalate them to the appropriate department.
Ensure the reception area is well-maintained and presentable at all times.
Qualifications and Skills:
Education: Bachelor's degree in any relevant field.
Experience:
Prior experience in academic counseling, front desk management, or customer service is preferred.
Key Skills:
Strong interpersonal and communication skills (verbal and written).
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Problem-solving mindset and customer-focused attitude.
Fluency: English preferred
