Key Responsibilities * Carry out electrical, mechanical, Plumbing, Air-conditioning maintenance, repairs and installation.
- Assess required resources for maintenance, repair or installation works.
- Provide progress reports on allocated work orders.
- Execute planned maintenance tasks in accordance with schedules.
- Liaise with sub-contractors to monitor performance and acquire knowledge of specialist systems.
- Operate to the highest standards of Health and Safety.
- Undertake any ad hoc or project work as may be assigned by the management.
