Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced

AC Technician

with expertise in

VRF (Variable Refrigerant Flow) systems

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of air conditioning systems, with a strong focus on VRF technology.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair

VRF air conditioning systems

from various manufacturers. Diagnose and troubleshoot

VRF system issues

, including refrigerant leaks, electrical faults, and compressor failures. Perform periodic maintenance, including

filter cleaning, coil washing, and refrigerant checks

. Ensure proper

piping, wiring, and control panel configuration

for VRF systems. Read and interpret

technical manuals, blueprints, and electrical schematics

. Test system performance using appropriate

diagnostic tools

and ensure energy efficiency. Handle

refrigerant recovery and recharging

following environmental regulations. Work with

BMS (Building Management Systems)

to integrate VRF systems where applicable. Provide technical guidance and training to junior technicians when required. Ensure compliance with

safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

Proven experience

as an AC Technician with a strong background in

VRF systems

. Knowledge of

VRV (Variable Refrigerant Volume) systems

is an advantage. Ability to troubleshoot

electrical and mechanical issues

in HVAC systems. Strong understanding of

refrigeration cycles, heat load calculations, and energy efficiency techniques

. Experience working with

thermostats, control panels, and communication networks

in VRF systems. Ability to work

independently and as part of a team

.

Physical stamina

to perform tasks such as lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces. Valid

HVAC certification

or equivalent technical diploma is preferred. A

UAE driving license

(if applicable) is an advantage.
