Role: A/C Technician

Department: Maintenance

Location: Hatta, Dubai, UAE

Responsibilities:

Install, maintain, and repair air conditioning systems, including central air units and ductless systems. Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with AC units, including electrical components, refrigerant levels, and airflow. Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system performance. Recharge refrigerants and replace faulty components, such as thermostats, compressors, and fans. Ensure compliance with local HVAC codes and safety regulations during installations and repairs. Clean and replace filters, coils, and ductwork to improve system efficiency. Advise customers on proper usage and maintenance to extend the lifespan of their AC systems. Provide accurate cost estimates for repairs, replacements, and service calls. Respond to emergency service requests and provide timely solutions to minimize system downtime. Maintain detailed records of services performed, parts used, and any follow-up recommendations.

Requirement & Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent, with relevant technical certifications. Proven experience as an AC technician with hands-on experience in installing, repairing, and maintaining cooling systems. Strong knowledge of air conditioning systems, electrical circuits, refrigerants and HVAC components. Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and fix mechanical and electrical issues efficiently. Good communication and customer service skills to explain issues, provide recommendations, and maintain professional relationships.
