Job Description

We're looking to hire an Experienced A/C Technician to work as a team for a Real Estate Company.

Minimum of 3 Years of Experience (A/C Tech)

Immediate Join (Visit or Cancelled Visa)

AC technician cum watchman

Responsibilities:

Install all types of A/C Units, Window / Wall Split / Duct-Split and Ductwork

Able to troubleshoot electrical and mechanical failures for all types of A/C systems.

Install, repair, and conduct maintenance checks for air-conditioners, heaters, and coolers.

Maintain professionally all types of A/C systems such as windows A/C, Split, FCU, AHU, Chillers, etc.

Prepare lists of materials required for the store, work orders, and other jobs including price analysis and brands recommendations

AC Servicing, Copper piping, Compressor changing, capacitor, contractor, Control wiring, Thermostat Cabling, etc..

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,200.00 - AED1,600.00 per month
