Role Description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced AC Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing air conditioning systems for residential and commercial clients. You should have a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation:
• Install new air conditioning systems, including ductwork and refrigeration lines.
• Test systems for proper operation and ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Maintenance:
• Perform regular maintenance checks on AC units, including cleaning filters, checking refrigerant levels, and inspecting system components.
• Troubleshoot and diagnose issues with existing systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Repair:
• Identify and repair faults in air conditioning systems, including electrical and mechanical issues.
• Replace or repair defective components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats.
• Customer Service:
• Provide excellent customer service by communicating clearly with clients about the status of their AC systems, repair options, and maintenance recommendations.
• Address customer concerns and provide solutions in a professional manner.

Qualifications:

• Education:
• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in HVAC systems is preferred.
• Certification from a recognized HVAC program or apprenticeship is a plus.
• Experience:
• Proven experience as an AC Technician or similar role, with a strong understanding of HVAC systems and components.
• Experience with different types of air conditioning systems (central, split, ductless) is preferred.
• Skills:
• Proficiency in using hand and power tools, diagnostic equipment, and technical manuals.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Licenses/Certifications:
• Valid UAE driver's license and a clean driving record will be an additional advantage.

Working Conditions:

• Ability to work in various environmental conditions, including extreme temperatures and confined spaces.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or on-call shifts as needed.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs).
• Ability to crouch, kneel, and reach overhead for extended periods.

Salary:

AED 1500 to 2000 (Company accommodation and transportation will be provided)

Pay: AED1,500.00 - AED2,000.00 per month
