Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Job Summary: An AC Technician, or HVAC Technician (Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning Technician), installs, maintains, and repairs HVAC systems in residential and commercial buildings. They are responsible for ensuring the systems operate effectively and efficiently, meeting the needs of the occupants while adhering to safety and environmental standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Installation of HVAC Systems:
• Install new heating, ventilation, air conditioning, and refrigeration systems according to manufacturer specifications and design plans.
• Inspect and test systems to ensure they are working correctly and in accordance with building codes.
• Maintenance and Repair:
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure they are running efficiently.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults for HVAC systems.
• Repair or replace defective parts in units including compressors, motors, and other components.
• Test systems for proper functioning and perform necessary adjustments.
• Customer Service:
• Respond to emergency situations promptly and efficiently.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain positive relationships with clients.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance and repair work performed.
• Document all work in compliance with company procedures.
• Safety and Compliance:
• Ensure all installations, repairs, and maintenance meet safety and environmental standards.
• Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and regulations.
• Continuous Learning:
• Stay current on industry developments and technological advancements in HVAC systems.
• Participate in training programs and courses to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirement:

• Visa, Accommodation & Transportation will be provided by the company.
• Total Duty Hrs. 12 Hrs. (Normal 08 hrs. duty + 02 hrs. overtime & 02 hrs. lunch break).
• 2-3 years' experience in the same field
• Salary package from 1.8K to 2.2K AED depending on the experience
• Availability to Join - Immediately

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED1,800.00 - AED2,200.00 per month

Experience:
