Job Description

Provides services in Electro-Mechanical Engineering

Responsible for the entire project cycle to include Facility / Property

To fully understand the principle Refrigeration & Air Conditioning and apply them in practice

To regularly inspect air conditioning compressor units and effect maintenance and repairs as necessary

To maintain charging equipment, refrigeration test equipment and A/C tools in good condition

To ensure cleanliness of work areas and protection of the surrounding area when executing jobs.

To provide a courteous and professional service at all times.

To maintain a good working relationship with all colleagues in all departments

To have a complete understanding and adhere to the policies relating to fire, safety and hygiene

To understand control principles of all A/C systems and regularly test, repair and calibrate

To verify building area temperatures and adjust as necessary and record on the plant log sheet

To complete major and minor services on A/C, Refrigeration equipment as assigned and return the completed job sheets to the engineering office

To learn and carry out fire brigade duties when assigned

To complete the personal daily job record, time, book accurately and keep ready for inspection

To fully comprehend the building automation system operation, alarm and functionality

To troubleshoot & repair A/C systems when necessary
