Candidate must have knowledge and experience of HAVC and MEP works
Monitor, maintain, and recommend future actions to ensure building systems are operating at optimal capacity
Communicate data analysis and system maintenance reports to administration
Oversee repairs, renovations, and upgrades to existing building systems
Communicate with vendors to coordinate orders and deliveries for parts and service
Adhere to organizational standards for continued maintenance and operational excellence
Responsible for control of the material and site labor resource to minimize the wastage and idling
Responsible for maintaining records and reports of resources and productivity of each elements of executed works

Job Type: Full-time Pay: AED2,000.00 per month
