Luxuria Hotel Management LLC company managing three hotels in Deira, Dubai is looking out to hire an AC Technician for their hotels on urgent basis.

The candidate should be able to schedule repair, maintenance, and installation of machines, tools and equipment to ensure continuous operations, guest and owner satisfaction. He / she should:

• Operate, maintain, repairs and does necessary adjustment of the air conditioning and refrigeration equipment such as Chillers, AHUs, FCU's, Split A/C Units, Window A/C Units, Cold rooms. Coolers, Ice machines, Extract fans and all the HVAC related equipment.
• Executes energy saving to reduce the energy cost in line with our sustainability policy.
• Performs preventive maintenance work, such as servicing of motors and air-conditioning and refrigerators as per the maintenance schedule and maintains service / history reports.
• Responding immediately for any emergency request for fire alarm, water flooding, gas alarm etc.
• Maintain buildings, performing minor and routine painting, plumbing, electrical wiring and other related maintenance activities.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar position is desired
• Experience is the hospitality industry is preferred
• Trade Certificate in R/AC and Refrigeration engineering is preferred
• Conversant in English is an advantage
• Highly responsible and reliable.
• Ability to work cohesively with fellow colleagues as a part of a team with minimal supervision.
• Flexibility in terms of shifts working hours

Physical Aspects of Position (include but are not limited to):

• Constant standing and walking throughout shift
• Frequent lifting and carrying up to 20 lbs
• Occasional kneeling, pushing, pulling, lifting
• Occasional ascending or descending ladders, stairs and ramps
