Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Install new HVAC-R systems, including air conditioners, heaters, thermostats, and ductwork.
• Ensure proper functioning and safety compliance of installed systems.
• Follow blueprints or engineering specifications to install units.
• Perform regular maintenance on HVAC-R systems, including cleaning, lubricating, and replacing parts.
• Conduct seasonal maintenance tasks, such as filter changes and system tune-ups.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC-R systems to identify and repair malfunctions.
• Replace or repair defective components, such as compressors, motors, and fan blades.
• Test and adjust system controls to ensure optimal performance.
• Adhere to all safety standards and protocols during installation, maintenance, and repair activities.
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including environmental laws.
• Stay updated with industry standards and advancements in HVAC technology.

Qualifications/Requirements:

• Completion of a vocational or technical training program in HVAC-R.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, electrical wiring, and refrigeration.
• Proficiency in using diagnostic tools and HVAC software.
• Good physical condition and ability to lift heavy equipment.

• Abu Dhabi: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Diploma (Preferred)
