- Diagnose complex AC system issues and implement effective solutions
- Conduct quality checks on AC systems to maintain optimal performance and efficiency
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance and repair activities
- Manage the inventory of AC parts, tools, and equipment, coordinating with suppliers for timely availability
- Monitor and control maintenance costs within budget
- Collaborate with departments such as operations, safety, and procurement to ensure seamless fleet performance

- Stay updated on industry trends and compliance requirements related to bus AC systemsRequired Skills and Experience- Diploma or technical certification in HVAC, automotive systems, or a related field preferred
- Minimum of 15 years of experience in AC maintenance and repair, preferably in the transportation or automotive industry
- At least 5 years of experience in a supervisory or foreman role
- Strong technical knowledge of bus AC systems and components
- Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing complex AC issues
- Excellent leadership and team management skills
- Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Knowledge of safety regulations and compliance standards
- HVAC certification or equivalent is highly desirable
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record may be requiredPhysical Requirements- Ability to lift heavy objects up to 50 lbs
