- Carry out preventative maintenance of air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and systems
- Repair faulty air conditioning and refrigeration equipment and Plant
- Ensure the timely tuning on/off of the air conditioning systems
- Troubleshoot air conditioning/refrigeration equipment malfunctions, diagnose problems and perform maintenance on equipment and complete logs detailing works carried out inclusive of parts utilized
- Has strong knowledge of AC and Refrigeration systems
- Is knowledgeable about fire safety
- Preferably has background of hotel operations
- Is able to work under pressure
- Is friendly, helpful and trustworthy team member
- Not afraid to take up new challenges
