Role Objective:

AC Foreman (DX & VRF) is responsible for overseeing and managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of Direct Expansion (DX) and Variable Refrigerant Flow (VRF) air conditioning systems. This role requires a strong technical understanding of HVAC systems, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of technicians.

Detailed Roles & Responsibilities:

• f experience in AC installation, maintenance, and repair, with a strong focus on DX and VRF systems.
• Strong understanding of HVAC principles, including thermodynamics, fluid mechanics, and heat transfer.
• Proficiency in using HVAC tools and equipment.
• Knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Oversees the entire project lifecycle, from initial site survey to final commissioning.
• Plans and schedules work, assigns tasks to technicians, and monitors progress.
• Ensures adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Leads and motivates a team of technicians to achieve project goals.
• Provides technical guidance and training to team members.
• Ensures adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Possesses in-depth knowledge of DX and VRF systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
• Diagnoses and resolves complex technical issues.
• Stays updated on the latest industry trends and technologies.
• Ensures that all work is performed to the highest quality standards.
• Conducts regular inspections and quality checks.
• Implements corrective actions to address any quality issues.
• Interacts with clients to understand their requirements and expectations.
• Provides excellent customer service and resolves client concerns promptly.
• Maintains accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including installation reports, maintenance logs, and safety records.
• Monitors project costs and identifies opportunities for cost savings.
• Ensures efficient resource utilization.

Educational Qualifications:

Minimum high school graduate.

(A university degree from a professional institution is a plus).
