: We are seeking a skilled and experienced Foreman specialized in Air Conditioning systems to oversee and manage our HVAC projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in air conditioning installation, maintenance, and repair, coupled with leadership abilities to effectively lead a team of technicians. Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate HVAC installations, repairs, and maintenance projects.
- Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance, support, and training as needed.
- Ensure all work is completed efficiently, on schedule, and in compliance with safety standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve any technical issues that arise during projects.
- Maintain inventory of equipment and supplies, and coordinate with procurement department for replenishment.
- Collaborate with project managers and other departments to ensure smooth project execution.
- Provide accurate project status updates to management.
- Proven experience as an HVAC Foreman or similar role, with at least 3 years of experience in air conditioning systems.
- In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, including installation, troubleshooting, and repair.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
- Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- AC: 2 years (Required)
