Job Description

:

We are seeking skilled AC Duct Fabricators to join our team. The ideal candidates will have experience in fabricating, assembling, and installing HVAC ductwork for residential, commercial, or industrial projects. The role requires expertise in handling GI, aluminum, and stainless steel sheets, using fabrication tools, and following technical drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Fabricate rectangular, round, and spiral ducts as per project requirements.

Cut, bend, and shape galvanized iron (GI), stainless steel, and aluminum sheets.

Operate hand tools, power tools, and machines like shears, press brakes, and rollers.

Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and HVAC layout plans.

Assemble ducts using rivets, screws, welding, or other fastening methods.

Perform insulation and sealing of duct joints for efficient airflow.

Ensure all ductwork meets industry standards and safety regulations.

Work collaboratively with installers, technicians, and project managers.

Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work area.

Requirements:

Proven experience in AC duct fabrication (minimum [X] years preferred).

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.

Proficiency in using fabrication tools and machinery.

Knowledge of SMACNA standards (preferred but not mandatory).

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet project deadlines.

Physically fit to handle heavy materials and work in various conditions.
