The role of an AC (Air Conditioning) Chargehand typically involves overseeing and managing the installation, maintenance, and repair of air conditioning systems. Here are the key responsibilities associated with this position:
• Team Leadership: Supervising a team of AC technicians and assistants.
• Task Assignment: Allocating responsibilities and tasks to team members based on their skills and experience.
• Training and Development: Providing guidance, training, and mentorship to junior team members to enhance their skills and knowledge in AC systems installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Installation and Commissioning: Overseeing the installation, testing, and commissioning of AC systems, including ductwork, refrigerant piping, electrical connections, and controls.
• Maintenance and Repair: Managing the routine maintenance and troubleshooting of AC systems to ensure they operate efficiently and reliably.
• Refrigerant Handling: Ensuring proper handling and disposal of refrigerants in compliance with environmental regulations (e.g., EPA regulations).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED2,200.00 - AED2,800.00 per month
Experience:
• Chargehand AC: 3 years (Preferred)
