Permanent People are working exclusively with an established, independent UK recruitment business who are looking to hire an experienced recruitment professional to launch their new office in the Gulf region.
The Role:
This role will see the successful person lead a new office, which will be based in Yas Island, Abu Dhabi. Full P&L responsibility, working with the companies Founder in mapping business opportunities and managing the delivery of recruitment projects are all essential for this position. Working with Communications and Sports Marketing agencies on a daily basis, you will work to build the business brand and make them the agency of choice in the region. A third of our Clients current business is already in place, and you will have the opportunity to work with some global brands on senior level appointments, often on a exclusive and retained basis.

You will have recruitment experience in the region and have recruited for companies within the PR & Comms. Industries. A strong billing track record of 900,000 AED/\xc2\xa3200,000 year consistently is the minimum level our Client are looking for, along with some management experience of leading a small team of recruiters previously. An ability to head business meetings, build client relationships and deliver results are also key.
You will have recruitment experience in the region and have recruited for companies within the PR & Comms. Industries.
