DISTRICT REAL ESTATE is hiring a professional Real Estate Agent with experience in Real Estate in Abu Dhabi
Job description:
Generating client leads to buy, sell, and rent a property.
Counseling clients on market conditions, prices, and mortgages.
Developing a competitive market price by comparing properties.
Creating property listings.
Showing properties to potential buyers and renters.
Presenting purchase offers to sellers.
Facilitating negotiations between buyers and sellers.
Reviewing purchase contracts to ensure terms are met.
Preparing contracts, purchase agreements, rental agreements, deeds, and other documents for each real estate transaction.
Qualifications:
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar role.
• Living in Abu Dhabi with general knowledge of the city.
• Car with License
• Great commission, benefits and growth prospects.
