#### •Job Requirements:•

- •Educational Qualification:• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

- •Work Experience:• Minimum of 3 years of experience in the civil engineering field.

- •Technical Skills:•

- Proficiency in engineering design software such as AutoCAD and Revit.

- Good knowledge of local building codes and regulations in the UAE.

- Ability to prepare engineering reports, designs, and drawings.

- •Personal Skills:•

- Strong communication skills in both Arabic and English.

- Ability to work effectively within a team and manage projects efficiently.

- Problem-solving and decision-making skills.

- - Prepare and review structural designs in compliance with Abu Dhabi municipality regulations.

- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, ensuring adherence to project specifications and timelines.

- Utilize advanced software for structural design, analysis, and documentation.

- Conduct site visits and provide technical support to ensure project execution aligns with design specifications.

- Oversee site supervision, ensuring that construction activities align with the approved structural designs and specifications.

- Liaise with stakeholders and clients, offering expert consultancy and guidance.

- Prepare payments according to the First Abu Dhabi Bank (FAB) rules and regulations.

- Stay updated with the latest industry standards and technological advancements to ensure innovative and efficient design solutions.
