Job Summary:As a Receptionist at a 5-star hotel, you will be the face of luxury, providing a sophisticated and seamless experience for all guests. Your primary responsibility is to deliver unparalleled service, ensuring guest satisfaction at every touchpoint, from check-in to check-out. This role requires exceptional attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism to uphold the standards of a premier hospitality brand.Key Responsibilities:Guest Relations:
  • Welcome guests with warmth and professionalism, embodying the hotel's luxury ethos.
  • Facilitate efficient check-in and check-out procedures with precision and discretion.
  • Address guest inquiries, preferences, and special requests with personalized attention.
  • Resolve complaints promptly while maintaining the highest standards of service.
  • Anticipate guest needs to create a memorable and bespoke experience.
Reservations and Administration:
  • Manage reservations across multiple platforms with accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Maintain comprehensive and up-to-date guest profiles, ensuring personalized service.
  • Process payments, deposits, and invoices in line with hotel standards.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping, concierge, and other departments to meet guest expectations.
Concierge Support:
  • Provide expert advice on local attractions, fine dining, and cultural experiences.
  • Coordinate transportation, restaurant bookings, and exclusive experiences.
  • Promote and upsell premium rooms, suites, and services to enhance guest stays.
Operational Excellence:
  • Ensure the lobby and reception area are immaculate and reflect the hotel's 5-star image.
  • Maintain seamless communication with colleagues during shift handovers.
  • Stay informed about hotel policies, promotions, and special events to inform guests accurately.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a luxury or 5-star hospitality environment.
  • Proficiency in property management systems (e.g., Opera, Amadeus) and MS Office Suite.
  • Fluency in English is required; additional languages are highly desirable.
  • Outstanding interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Poised, professional appearance with a commitment to excellence.
Working Conditions:
