Job Information

  • Processing incoming customer complaints in close coordination with other internal and, if necessary, external interfaces
  • Responding to Google and Trustpilot reviews
  • Processing complex cases
  • Development of standard processes in order to be able to offer faster solution alternatives for our customers
  • Continuous collaboration in the further development of process optimization

Job Requirements

  • Professional experience in customer service/support and/or complaint management experience
  • Security when using Office products (Word, Excel, Teams, Outlook)
  • Independent and goal-oriented action as well as a desire to take initiative
