Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team in the Third-Party Logistics (3PL) industry. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of logistics and supply chain solutions, a proven track record in sales, and a passion for delivering exceptional client value. This role is pivotal in driving revenue growth and expanding our client portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Acquisition and Development:
• Identify, target, and secure new business opportunities within the logistics and supply chain sector.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to foster long-term partnerships.
• Market Analysis and Strategy:
• Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales goals and business objectives.
• Solution Selling:
• Understand clients' logistics challenges and develop customized 3PL solutions, including warehousing, transportation, and freight management.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to potential clients.
• Collaboration and Coordination:
• Work closely with operations, customer service, and finance teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Provide client feedback to internal teams to continuously improve service offerings.
• Revenue Management:
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Manage pricing negotiations and contract terms with clients.
• Reporting and CRM Management:
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and client information in CRM software.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED7,500.00 - AED9,000.00 per month
