Job Summary:
In & Out Advertising L.L.C. is seeking a talented 3D/Interior Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will excel in both office and on-site environments, through detailed 3D modeling and rendering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Office and On-Site Work: Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure designs are accurately represented during construction.
• 3D Modeling and Rendering: Create detailed 3D models of luxury real estate properties, including interiors and exteriors, using industry-standard software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender).
• High-Quality Visuals: Develop renderings and animations to showcase architectural designs, floor plans, and landscaping.
• Client Presentation: Prepare 3D visualizations for presentations to clients, stakeholders, and investors, assisting in securing approvals and driving sales.
• Visual Consistency: Ensure the accuracy and visual consistency of all design assets used in marketing materials, virtual tours, and promotional campaigns.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in 3D Design, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Proficiency in 3D design software (e.g., AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp).
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D modeling, rendering, and visualization work.
• Excellent attention to detail, creativity, and an eye for aesthetics.

Salary: 3000 - 4500 AED
