Job Title: 3D Visualizer/Architect (Temporary)

Duration: 1- 2 months

Years of experience: 8- 15 yrs. (in UAE)

Location: Abu Dhabi

• We prefer candidate to have freelancer visa as it is a temporary position.

We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer/Architect with proficiency in 3DS MAX WITH CORONA, LUMION (for animation walkthrough), CAD and SKETCHUP to join our dynamic team in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in architectural visualization, possess excellent design skills.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings using 3ds max (Corona and Vray) and animations of architectural designs.
• Work closely with architects and designers to translate concepts and sketches into visually appealing presentations.
• Ensure that visualizations align with project specifications, design guidelines, and client expectations.
• Develop and maintain detailed Revit models of architectural projects, including buildings, interiors, and landscapes.
• Collaborate with the design team to integrate changes and updates into the Revit models throughout the project lifecycle.
• Provide visual support in design meetings and presentations.
• Conduct quality checks on 3D visualizations and Revit models to ensure accuracy and adherence to project specifications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the Revit models or visualizations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, software advancements, and best practices in architectural visualization.

Qualifications:

• Diploma holder or bachelor's degree in architecture preferred.
• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer/Architect with a focus on Revit.
• Proficiency in other relevant software such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.
• Strong portfolio showcasing previous 3D visualizations.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Knowledge of UAE building codes and regulations is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
