Fables Interior is dedicated to transforming spaces through innovative design and exceptional craftsmanship. We are seeking a talented 3D Visualizer / Interior Designer to join our creative team and bring our clients' visions to life.

Position Overview:
The 3D Visualizer / Interior Designer will be responsible for creating detailed 3D renderings and visualizations of interior spaces. This role combines design skills with technical proficiency in visualization software to produce high-quality images that effectively communicate design concepts to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Visualization:
• Create realistic 3D models and renderings of interior spaces using software such as SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, or similar tools.
• Develop detailed floor plans, elevations, and sections to support design proposals.
• Produce high-quality visuals that effectively represent design concepts and materials.
• Interior Design:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs, preferences, and budget for interior projects.
• Develop design concepts, mood boards, and color schemes that align with client vision.
• Select furniture, fixtures, materials, and finishes to create cohesive and functional spaces.
• Presentation:
• Prepare and present design proposals to clients, including renderings, drawings, and material samples.
• Incorporate client feedback and make necessary revisions to designs and visualizations.
• Collaboration:
• Work closely with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure designs are feasible and meet project specifications.
• Stay updated on design trends, materials, and technologies to incorporate innovative ideas into projects.
• Project Management:
• Assist in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely completion of design milestones.
• Maintain organized project documentation, including design notes, specifications, and client communications.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or Interior Designer, with a strong portfolio showcasing design work and visualizations.
• Proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, 3ds Max).
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, materials, and trends.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts clearly.
• Strong attention to detail and a creative mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
