Job Title: 3D Visualizer - Interior Designer

Location: Jebel Ali, Dubai

We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented 3D Visualizer with a strong background in interior design to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D visualizations of interior spaces, helping to bring design concepts to life. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a deep understanding of interior design principles, and proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software.

Key Responsibilities:

• 3D Modeling: Develop detailed and accurate 3D models of interior spaces, furniture, fixtures, and other elements based on design briefs and floor plans.
• Rendering: Produce photorealistic renders of interior designs, showcasing different materials, lighting, and textures to effectively communicate design concepts.
• Concept Visualization: Translate conceptual design ideas into compelling visual presentations, including mood boards, sketches, and 3D visualizations.
• Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers, architects, and clients to understand project requirements and ensure visualizations align with the design vision.
• Material and Lighting: Apply appropriate materials and lighting to 3D models to enhance realism and align with the desired aesthetic.
• Software Proficiency: Utilize industry-standard software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Corona for creating 3D visualizations.
• Quality Control: Maintain a high standard of quality in all visual content, ensuring consistency with the brand and design specifications.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, 3D Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in 3D visualization with a focus on interior design.

Technical Skills:

• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., 3ds Max, SketchUp, Revit and Auto Cad
• Expertise in rendering engines (e.g., V-Ray, Corona).
• Strong understanding of interior design principles, including space planning, color theory, and materials.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a variety of 3D visualizations for interior design projects.
