We are seeking a talented and creative 3D Visualizer to join our dynamic team specializing in hospitality interior design. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in creating high-quality, photorealistic 3D renderings and animations that effectively communicate our design concepts to clients. This role requires a keen eye for detail, a passion for design, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• 3D Modeling and Rendering: Develop detailed 3D models of interior spaces, including furniture, fixtures, and finishes, using software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, and AutoCAD.
• Visual Storytelling: Create compelling, photorealistic renderings and animations that vividly illustrate design concepts, ensuring all visual outputs meet the highest standards of quality.
• Collaboration: Work closely with interior designers, architects, and project managers to understand project requirements and translate them into stunning visual representations.
• Material and Lighting Studies: Conduct detailed material and lighting studies to ensure realistic representation of textures, finishes, and lighting effects in all visualizations.
• Revisions and Updates: Modify and refine 3D models and renderings based on feedback from the design team and clients, ensuring all changes are accurately implemented.
• Project Documentation: Assist in the preparation of visual documentation and presentations for client meetings and project proposals.
• Innovation and Trends: Stay updated with the latest trends in 3D visualization, rendering technologies, and interior design to continually enhance the quality of visual outputs.

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Graphic Design, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer in the hospitality interior design industry or a related field.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, V-Ray, Lumion, AutoCAD, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
• Creative Skills: Strong artistic and creative abilities with a keen eye for aesthetics, color, and detail.
• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present and explain design concepts to clients and team members.
• Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve design challenges.
• Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment and contribute to a positive, innovative workplace culture.
• Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing a range of 3D visualizations, particularly within the hospitality sector.
