Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a 3D Visualizer specializing in Architecture located in Dubai. The 3D Visualizer will be responsible for creating high-quality 3D renderings and animations of architectural projects. They will collaborate closely with architects, designers, and project teams to visualize concepts and ensure photorealistic representation of design intent.

Responsibilities

• Develop photorealistic 3D visualizations and animations for architectural projects, including interiors and exteriors
• Collaborate with architects and designers to understand project requirements and translate design concepts into compelling visuals
• Create detailed 3D models, textures, lighting, and materials using industry-standard software
• Prepare walkthroughs, virtual tours, and other multimedia presentations to showcase design proposals
• Ensure that all visualizations align with project specifications, design intent, and client expectations
• Maintain a high standard of quality in all deliverables, ensuring attention to detail and accuracy in visual representations
• Stay updated on the latest visualization technologies, trends, and techniques in architectural rendering
• Manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively while maintaining consistency in output quality

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Design, or a related field
• 2 to 5 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer, specializing in architectural projects
• Excellent proficiency in English, both written and spoken
• Previous experience working in a reputable company within the architecture or design industry
• Proficiency in 3D modeling and rendering software such as 3ds Max, V-Ray, Corona, SketchUp, and Lumion
• Strong understanding of architectural design principles and construction documentation
• Expertise in lighting, texturing, and material creation to produce photorealistic renders
• Familiarity with post-production software like Photoshop for enhancing renderings
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with project teams and clients
• Strong attention to detail and a creative eye for design and visualization
