Position Overview: We are seeking a skilled 3D Visualizer with a passion for interior design to join our creative team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in translating design concepts into high-quality, realistic 3D visualizations that bring our interior design projects to life.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the design team to understand project requirements and translate conceptual ideas into photorealistic 3D visualizations.
• Create detailed interior renders, mood boards, and visual presentations for client review and project development.
• Utilize software (such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, Lumion or other relevant tools) to model, texture, light, and render spaces, ensuring accuracy and adherence to design specifications.
• Collaborate with designers, architects, and other team members to refine and enhance visualizations, incorporating feedback and making necessary adjustments.
• Stay updated on industry trends and tools, bringing in new techniques to improve the quality and efficiency of visual outputs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a 3D Visualizer or similar role within the interior design or architecture field.
• Proficiency in 3D modeling software (e.g., SketchUp, Lumion, AutoCAD, 3ds Max, V-Ray, etc.) and rendering tools.
• Strong understanding of design principles, spatial awareness, and interior design concepts.
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to translate design concepts into realistic 3D visualizations.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and present ideas to clients.
• A portfolio showcasing a range of interior design visualization projects is required.
