Job overview:

The CAD Designer is responsible for creating 2D and 3D computer-aided design (CAD) drawings and models to support the design and development of various products and projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong attention to detail and be able to work effectively as part of a team. The CAD Designer will work closely with the Design Manager and other design team members to ensure that all projects are completed to the highest quality standards and in a timely manner.

• Creating 2D and 3D CAD drawings and models using computer-aided design software
• Collaborating with design team members to develop and refine design concepts
• Reviewing and analyzing design data to identify and resolve design issues
• Maintaining accurate records of design changes and updates
• Participating in design review meetings and provide input and recommendations
• Performing other job-related duties as assigned by Management
• Creates detailed technical drawings and plans based on the specifications provided by architects, engineers, or designers.
• Associates degree in CAD drafting or a related field
• Familiarity with design principles and standards
• Advantageous to have surveying background, with setting out and as-built drawings experience
• Full English proficiency is required
• Additional spoken languages are a plus
• Intermediate computer literacy is required e.g., MS Office
• Proficiency with AutoCAD, other CAD software, Sketchup, and Revit
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment
• Good verbal and written communication skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
