We are seeking a skilled and creative 3D Visualizer & AutoCAD Draftsman to work remotely as part of our innovative team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for producing high-quality 3D visualizations and precise AutoCAD drawings for a range of projects including architecture, interior design, and urban planning. Key Responsibilities:

• Create photorealistic 3D visualizations, renders, and animations for architecture and design projects.
• Develop detailed 2D/3D AutoCAD drawings , including plans, elevations, and sections.
• Collaborate remotely with architects, designers, and engineers to translate project briefs into stunning visual presentations.
• Assist in the preparation of client presentations using high-quality 3D visuals and walk-through animations.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and project specifications in all designs and drawings.
• Manage and organize files efficiently, ensuring all project deadlines are met in a remote work setting.
• Participate in virtual meetings to discuss project progress and revisions.

Requirements:

• Education: Diploma/Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related fields.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience as a 3D Visualizer and AutoCAD Draftsman.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency in AutoCAD for drafting and detailing.
• Strong experience with 3D software such as 3ds Max, SketchUp, Blender , or similar.
• Expertise in rendering tools like V-Ray, Lumion, Corona , etc.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop for post-production and image editing.
• Familiarity with Revit or other BIM software is an advantage.
• Other Skills:
• Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and drawings.
• Self-motivated, with strong time management skills to meet remote work deadlines.
• Strong communication skills for effective collaboration in a virtual work environment.
• Reliable internet connection and the ability to work independently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in architectural visualization and interior design & Landscaping.
• Familiarity with 3D animation and virtual reality (VR) rendering is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing previous 3D visualization and AutoCAD drafting projects.
